A special thank you to all those who mad it possible for us to enjoy our special wedding day: Uncle Ted Polak, Mark Jennings, Bob and Diana Vance; our wedding coordinators, Tracy Brewer, Stephanie Ioia, and Tricia Schillig; our Maid of Honor and Best Man, Kristen Potter and Pete Schillig; and the rest of the wedding party, Kelsey Jennings, Josh Vance, Maura Weisenbach, Stephen Kemp, Courtney Thomas, and Tom Ioia.
We'd also like to thank all of our family and friends who made it out to the wedding, we were soo happy that you were able to share the day with us. We received some very thoughtful gifts and we're also very grateful for those as well. For those who were unable to attend, we hope you take a few minutes to check out the photos and videos we've specifically uploaded to our website to share with you.
The reception was catered by Caterer's Three, we'd highly recommend them to other brides and grooms, or anyone else planning a catered event. We interviewed a number of other caterers and the food and pricing didn't compare. Ask for the Chicken Gloria, it's awesome!
Our entertainment was provided by Mr. & Mrs. DJ. They were amazing. There wasn't any down time during our reception. The one thing I worried about with hiring a DJ was whether or not they had decent equipment. After they were setup and testing the sound, I was convinced that our night was going to be great.
We were pleasantly surprised with our beach themed wedding cake from TG Patty Cakes. We gave Tricia some ideas as to what we were looking for, along with the cake toppers my mom made for us, and she created a cake that not only tasted amazing, but fit in with the theme of our wedding more than we ever imagined.
We're in the process of having Kaela's bouquet and my boutonniere freeze dried because after the wedding we just didn't have the heart to throw them out because of how beautiful they were. Hilliard Floral really did an awesome job with all of our floral arrangements for the wedding!
Overall, everything was amazing!
